- Event cancellations: If an event is cancelled by the organiser, attendees receive a full refund or an option to transfer their booking to a new date.
- Ticket transfers: If you purchase a ticket and cannot attend, you are welcome to resell your ticket to someone else. If you do this, please let us know so we can update our attendance lists.
- Waiting lists: If you purchase a ticket and cannot attend, you can contact the organiser to see if a waiting list is available to help match you with someone who can take your place.
